Executed all production services for the concerts including:scouting advance trips for venue selection and budget projections, determining technical requirements, sourcing local vendors and equipment providers, and schedule coordination. I hired and supervised a production staff for on site technical direction and stage management, as well as local crew management, oversaw the digital audio recording of the concerts and lead coordination between JALC, Institute of Cuban Music, Teatro Mella and TVC for all of the logistical and technical needs of the concerts.
